REMEMBER ADVENT IN YOUR WILL

A large community a faith has supported Advent through the years with regular offerings and generous responses to special needs and project requests.  A great way to ensure the work of the church goes on into the future, is to remember Advent in your will.

Gifts can be designated to the endowment fund, for mortgage reduction, or to support the annual expenses of the church.  The decision of what type of legacy you would like to leave is up to you. The Endowment Committee has prepared an informational guide  for your review. Click on  Advent bequests  to view the document.

In prayer, ask for guidance in this very important decision.  The Holy Spirit guides your heart and mind as you contemplate this action.
Reflect on what Jesus taught as written in Matthew 6:19-21,  "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust consume and where thieves break in and steal; but store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."

God bless you, and God bless Advent in the years to come.
